Semi-custom order process

Although there is lots of information to read through, the process is rather simple. Start by browsing through all 10 suites on offer and see what design works best for you. Each page has extensive detail with pricing and various options to choose from.

When you have chosen what design you would like, simply fill out the form on that particular page. I will then get back to you with a bespoke quotation and we can talk over your options and of course your wedding day (I love to hear all the details!). If you would like to go ahead I require a non refundable £50 design payment upfront to cover the design stages. I will also require you to fill out the wedding wording form in order to start. This payment is per category which is split into 3 stages; Save the dates, Invitations and on the day stationery. If you want to purchase more than one category the price will still apply for each.

When you are ready to order 50% of your stationery is due to allow production to start, with the final balance due on completion. If you need any help with this please do not hesitate to get in touch and I can help but the below links are super helpful.

Wedding Wording Help & FAQ

You will receive a full PDF from me with detailed information on exactly what you are ordering, a full quotation breakdown and sample of your order. Please note additional finishes and extras may increase the lead time, but I will always keep you up to date with progress. All designs include 2 rounds of revisions. Further changes will result in an additional fee of £50.00 per round of changes. Once your design is 100% ready to go to print and you are utterly thrilled with your order it will be sent to the printers.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for production, in which your order will be printed and most likely fully assembled with love and care in my home studio. Once your order is ready, you will receive an exciting email from me with your final invoice! As soon as your final payment has been cleared your precious cargo will be safely and securely sent onto you

Samples

I offer samples at a fixed price of £15.00, so if you would like to see any samples made up before going ahead you can purchase these here

You will receive a small mixture of various stationery within the suite chosen, to give you a good idea of materials, colours and additional finishes.

Fully assembled

As standard each invitation suite and all on the day stationery will be assembled up ready for you to send out to your guests.
Please just get in touch if your would like any additional help or extras.
If you request individual invitations as standard your order will arrive flat and un-assembled.

Changes and extras

Each suite includes semi-customisation with your own wording, your favourites finishes and various paper types. Colours can also be matched to suit your theme for your wedding. If you would like to change florals or have any additions such as adding specific flowers, changing fonts or personalised monograms there would be an additional flat rate fee of £50.00.
