IS THERE A MINIMUM SPEND?

To allow me to work closely and on a personal level with my clients I have a minimum spend of £1500.
I take on a limited number of weddings per year to allow me to fully style your wedding day and give all your details my utmost attention.

ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN FEES?

I will always be upfront about any fees, or you will be able to read my T&C's to understand what fee's are involved with hire items.
The only additional fee's to bear in mind are delivery/set up and collection costs as well as a breakage payment which is returned after the wedding..

DO YOU OFFER BESPOKE REQUESTS?

Absolutely! My website has inspiration for you, but I love the opportunity to offer something a little different, source props and items for your specific wedding and make it unique to you.

HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL AND WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

Lulabee is based in a village on the outskirts of Salisbury in Wiltshire (SP5). I generally cover a 60 mile radius, however love the opportunity to travel further, but additional fees and accommodation may need arranged.

WHEN IS THE FINAL BALANCE DUE?

Your final balance is due 6 weeks before your wedding day. We will set up a zoom or a phone call around this time to secure everything in place and finalise your invoices.

HOW MUCH DO COUPLES TYPICAL SPEND?

This really varies on how much you would like us to help with, for full styling with floral help and installations on the day couples tend to spend around £3000-5000. This included FULL set up where all your styling needs are met.

DO YOU TAKE MORE THAN ONE WEDDING BOOKING IN ONE DAY?

My intention is to limit the number of weddings to allow me to put all my energy into your big day where we will only work on one wedding per day

CAN I USE YOUR DIY HIRE PROPS AS PART OF MY ORDER?

Of course! Please feel free to rummage through our DIY hire collection, and if there is anything you like on there and want to have for your wedding day just let me know. We can offer these as full displays as well with florals and stationery as part of the full styling experience.

WHAT IS THE BREAKAGE PAYMENT?

Every order will require a breakage payment with your final invoice. This will cover the cost of any damage/loss to items during the hire period. The amount will depend on your final balance, but this will be returned to you after the wedding should the items be returned in their original state. Please refer to T&C’s for more details. If items are damaged/lost you will loose your breakage deposit up to amount cost to replace. This is always due with your final invoice

HEAD BACK TO STYLING

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNT FOR COUPLES WHO CHOOSE BOTH STYLING AND STATIONERY?

I don’t currently, but get in touch and ask as this is something I am hoping to bring into place in 2024. I am building packages where couples can order both on the day stationery and styling together.

I'VE SECURED MY BOOKING BUT I'VE CHANGED MY MIND ON SOME OF SET UP, CAN I MAKE CHANGES?

You are welcome to change up displays you have hired, however please be mindful some displays have certain turn around times or could have been hired for dry prop hire. You are welcome to add on items up until 1 month before the wedding.

WILL YOU HELP WITH ADDITIONAL SET UP?

Of course - I would be happy to set up 'Mum's bunting' or any of your own items. Just get in touch with plenty of time to discuss to see what I can do!
There will be an additional cost for this help charged at a minimum of £150.00 an hour.

I'VE PURCHASED ON THE DAY STATIONERY FROM YOU, WILL YOU SET THIS UP TOO?

Of course! If you have purchased any stationery from Lulabee, we are very happy to bring this with us on the day and set it up for you with your decoration hire items.

CAN I COLLECT THE ITEMS FROM YOU INSTEAD?

I’m afraid I only offer full styling set ups by myself or the Lulabee team. However Lulabee does have a DIY prop hire collection if you want to style your wedding yourself.
