IS THERE A MINIMUM SPEND?

There is a minimum spend of £250.00

WILL YOU INCLUDE FLOWERS/ EXTRAS?

This is incredibly dependant on availability. As standard all hire items will be priced up for dry hire, so without extras such as florals and stationery. If you would like our help with these additions just get in touch.

ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN FEES?

I will always be upfront about any fees, or you will be able to read my T&C's to understand what fee's are involved with hire items.
The only additional fee's to bear in mind is the breakage payment which is returned after the wedding..

WHAT IS THE BREAKAGE PAYMENT?

Every order will require a breakage payment with your final invoice. This will cover the cost of any damage/loss to items during the hire period. The amount will depend on your final balance, but this will be returned to you after the wedding should the items be returned in their original state. Please refer to T&C’s for more details. If items are damaged/lost you will loose your breakage deposit up to amount cost to replace. This is always due with your final invoice

WHAT DOES DIY HIRE MEAN?

DIY hire simply means the items are given to you as a blank canvas. You are then able to style and decorate these as you wish.


HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Simply pop me an email listing the items you are interested in hiring and we will send you a quotation. 50% of this will be due to secure your booking with the remaining balance due 6 weeks before your wedding day. Please refer to T&C’s on payment details.

DO I NEED TO CLEAN EVERYTHING BEFORE RETURNING?

Although we hope you will treat and respect all the hire props as though they are your own, you do not need to clean blackboard signs or candle wax off hire props, this is something we will do on safe return of the items.

CAN I TAKE MY ITEMS ABROAD?

This is to be discussed prior. I am happy to items to be taken overseas if discussed and agreed with a written contract. However they will need to be hand delivered or transported on all occasions and cannot ever be couriered. Please note there may also be additional fees.

HOW LONG IS THE HIRE PERIOD?

As standard the hire period is typically 48-72 hours. Collection 1-2 days before the wedding is preferred. Everything will then need to be dropped back the day after the wedding. If you wish to hire for longer just let me know, but additional fees will apply.

I'VE SECURED MY BOOKING BUT I'VE CHANGED MY MIND ON SOME OF MY ITEMS CAN I MAKE CHANGES?

You are welcome to change up displays you have hired, however please be mindful you are holding this item and therefore stopping other couples from hiring. You are welcome to add on items up until 1 month before the wedding.

WILL YOU DELIVER THE ITEMS TO ME?

Although I encourage all orders to be collected to and from my studio, if you are an unable to I may be able able to deliver the items to you prior to the wedding for an additional fee. Just pop me an email and we can discuss some options.
